4. Carbon Reduction & Net Zero Commitment

• Woodstock Industrial Supplies is committed to reducing our greenhouse gas emissions and working towards net zero. We have published our Carbon Reduction Plan, which sets out our emission sources, reduction targets, and the actions we are taking to minimise our environmental impact across our operations and supply chain.
• Our key commitments include switching to a renewable electricity tariff, transitioning our delivery fleet to low-emission vehicles, and engaging our suppliers on their own environmental practices. We are targeting net zero across Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2040, and full net zero including Scope 3 by 2045.
