How the Two-Bin System Works
Each part has two bins. Your team draws stock from the front bin. When it empties, they scan the label, slide the rear bin forward, and carry on working. We replenish the empty bin on the next delivery. It's a proven Kanban approach used across manufacturing — we've just made the reordering part effortless.
